We had a great experience with KraamZus overall. During our postpartum care, we had two different maternity nurses, and we are very grateful for the support we received.
A special thank you goes to our second maternity nurse, Anita. She was simply amazing! From day one, she made us feel cared for, supported, and confident as new parents. She taught me so much about caring for our newborn and always took the time to explain everything with patience and kindness.
What impressed us the most was how proactive she was. She didn’t wait to be asked—she immediately helped with laundry, cleaning the house, preparing breakfast, and making sure everything was organized. Her help allowed us to focus on our baby and enjoy those precious first days together. She truly went above and beyond, and we will always remember her with gratitude.
The only small downside was the staff shortage, which meant we received the minimum number of care hours and one day without any service. We understand that this was due to limited resources rather than the company itself, but it was unfortunate during such an important period.
Other than that, our experience was excellent. We highly recommend KraamZus, and if you’re lucky enough to have Anita as your maternity nurse, you’re in the best hands!
