Where do I even begin? After returning from the hospital, we had a very stressful and exhausting night trying to figure out why our baby was crying. The next morning, the doorbell rang, and there stood Dyonne, a young maternity nurse. We were instantly relieved. She had such a warm, friendly vibe that put us at ease right away which was a wonderful surprise, considering so many people had warned me about negative experiences with maternity care.
She took incredible care of both Isaac and me. She carried out her work with so much responsibility, warmth, and endless patience, never showing a moment of frustration. She truly felt like a godsend. It was genuinely sad when her time with us came to an end because she had already started to feel like part of our family. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Kraamzus from start to finish, and I am so grateful I chose them even if it was completely by chance!
